Here I am again. We were out of town, and our tenants let me know that the AC had stopped cooling. I called Calloway & Sons, and they were able to fit the service in within 24 hours. This time the technician was Josh, and as usual, he was very thorough in determining what the problem was and advised me on what to do to keep my unit running as best as possible. It turned out my drain line had clogged, which then led to my contactor blowing out. The unit is running with no issues now, and my tenants are happy.
