OMG! AC went out, and Calloway came in less than 24 hours. Joshua came out to do an estimate. Joshua was very professional, courteous, and explained everything in great detail and layman’s terms. He also made recommendations to make it simple for me. He assured me that they could get it done the next day. From there, Ronall and Chandon came out within 24 hours to install the new unit. I received a text with tracking to let me know the service guys were on their way, how many miles away they were, and estimated time of arrival. These guys were on time, came in, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They were great. They didn’t leave until the temperature was right. They cleaned everything up and disposed of it all. Jacolby Nicholas came out with another employee to install an air handler and found another issue, but the other person felt that wasn’t his issue. But Jacolby took an extra 10 minutes to see what the issue could have been. I really appreciate him for that. The next day he went back with a different employee and fixed it within 10 minutes. Jacolby stated he was a new employee, and if that is how most of the employees do business at Calloway & Sons A/C and Heating, I will definitely recommend them to everyone that may have an issue.
