Here I am again. We were out of town, and our tenants let me know that the AC had stopped cooling. I called Calloway & Sons, and they were able to fit the service in within 24 hours. This time the technician was Josh, and as usual, he was very thorough in determining what the problem was and advised me on what to do to keep my unit running as best as possible. It turned out my drain line had clogged, which then led to my contactor blowing out. The unit is running with no issues now, and my tenants are happy. Big thanks to Josh and Calloway & Sons for their speedy service.

He replaced the capacitor and the A/C unit started cooling the house instantly. Joshua S was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Update Dominic installed a pump to make my dehumidifier more efficient. I really love this company! They keep me informed. There are no surprises. Dominic showed me pictures of his work. Danielle is a delight to work with! Update 2024 I’ve got a new technician, Ricky. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. He takes time to explain things to me, the how’s and why’s of my unit, which I really appreciate. He’s very thorough and detail oriented. Plus he’s comfortable around my dogs! Update 2023 It’s been two years since my review. Dominic has been my regular serviceman. He’s always very professional and friendly. If he has a suggestion that will cost me money, he always explains why in detail. He installed a dehumidifier because my attic is so well insulated it was causing problems with my AC unit. My AC went out at 8 p.m. on Friday night. The heat index for the next day was going to be 104. I thought there’s no way anyone will come out before Sunday. I was happily surprised when they sent Ryan to my house the next morning at 10:30! I’ve signed up for a maintenance program so I will avoid this in the future.
