These guys showed up when no one else would (including the company we have a service contract with). Our HVAC heating units went down as soon as the snow started in New Orleans. I called Calloway & Sons for a service call for a faulty heater that went out 2 nights ago when temperatures dropped. I specifically chose Calloway & Sons based off it being a local company and all the positive reviews the company had received, specifically about one of their technicians named Ricky. Luckily, on my service call I had the good luck of Ricky showing up to take a look at my unit.
Sure enough, Ricky is the real deal and didn’t disappoint. Ricky was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely approachable and transparent about what he was troubleshooting and why. Ricky was able to isolate the problem with my unit down to improper wiring of the heating unit that occurred during installation (home remodel).
Calloway & Sons has earned my repeated business because of this positive experience, and next time I have an HVAC issue I will be requesting Ricky to come out if he’s available. Honest technicians are difficult to come by these days, but individuals like Ricky are really out here building trust and rapport with people and reflecting great credit upon himself and the company. A+.
