After pinpointing the system leak within the evaporating coil, Calloway agreed to replace it under warranty. The technician that came was very understanding and did everything possible to provide little to no labor cost.

It turned out my drain line had clogged, which then led to my contactor blowing out. The unit is running with no issues now, and my tenants are happy.
