I Know I Can Trust This Company
I’ve been using Calloway and Sons since we bought our house in 2019 for duct cleaning, inspecting the system, and general maintenance. Always been happy! But when one of our HVAC units needed replacing after 20 years, I admit I shopped around… not only did they have the best prices, but they have the most informative and pleasurable staff working for them! Danielle in the office is always on the ball, especially with someone like me who has a thousand questions. The person who came to quote me at my home was exceptionally informed about every aspect and all options. The installers, Chandon and Hayden, were polite, respectful, and did great work! Everyone in the process seemed to take great care in their work, which, in my opinion, shows that this company knows how to create a good environment, and the end product is a great experience for the customer. Never fun to have to deal with these issues on your home, but I’m glad Calloway and Sons made it easy, and I know I can trust this company and their work.

Last week was really stressful when my AC randomly failed on me. I came to Google to find the best AC companies in the New Orleans area, but everyone was booked for at least 3–5 days. Unfortunately, with New Orleans heat in the summer, there is no way I could wait that long. I kept making calls and found this company, Callaway & Sons. They came out to my home and informed me on the age and bad shape my system was in. They gave me options on replacing my old system with a new system upgrade, and options to repair as well. I ended up going with a new system because I know I couldn’t put my wife and kids through this again. Also, I didn’t want to keep kicking that can down the road, as they say. Callaway & Sons had availability to replace my system that next day, and I haven’t had any problems since. Very fair pricing, very skilled workers, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Everything Was Seamless
My air conditioner went out and I called Calloway & Sons. I was greeted by a polite technician called Philip. I explained to Philip my trouble; at no time did he interrupt me. After I finished, he went and started to troubleshoot, and after about 20 minutes, he explained to me what was the actual trouble. Everything was seamless. He answered all the questions I had. I will be getting additional service because of this experience with him. Thank you, Philip.
I decided to replace my 20+ year old system a week later (my old system still working from being fixed by Philip, no outage time). Brandon and Chandon showed up. They first removed an old unit left from a previous owner, then removed mine, removed the old wooden stand, then built a new stand from the ground up. Installed new system inside and out, all in about 4 hours. Thank you, Brandon and Chandon.
